  • A security deposit is required for all rentals. A security deposit is a hold on credit card funds for the duration of your rental.  The hold will be released as soon as your rental has been returned and checked over by a mechanic.

    Please ensure to bring your credit card with matching valid photo ID at time of pickup to process the security deposit. Accepted form of ID is driver's license, passport or Ontario photo card.  Expired ID will not be accepted.

  • CREDIT CARD AND ID
    All rentals require security deposit.  Please bring your credit card and matching photo ID for us to process your security deposit on pickup. We will have our Rental Use Agreement available in store for you to sign. Valid forms of ID include passport, driver's license or Ontario photo card.  Expired ID will not be accepted.

    ACCESSORIES
    All rentals bikes come with flat pedals and bottle cages. If you prefer to use your own pedals, we're happy to install them for you.

    HELMETS
    Helmets are not included with your rental, however use of helmets is strongly encouraged!  You are welcome to bring your own or rent one from us.

    FORGET SOMETHING?
    Most necessities will be available for purchase at our store upon pickup.

  • We understand things happen and will always handle situations on a case by case basis. We don't want there to be any surprises, so please note:

    You will be charged for any and all damages or losses that occur to any bicycles, gear, or parts during your rental.

    If the rental gear you've rented comes back damaged, dirty or destroyed beyond repair, then we will charge part of or all of the security deposit to your card, depending on the severity. We promise no charges will be processed without talking to you about it first.

  • We want you to have fun riding and know getting mucky happens, but please try to bring all rental gear back in relatively clean condition.

    Rental gear requiring extensive cleaning will be subject to a cleaning fee. Please see Rental User Agreement for more details.

  • Our daily rate (8 hours) is $80.

    Our 24 hour rate is $120.

    To make the most of your multi-day rental, book in 24 hour increments.  Bookings over 3 days get 1 day free.  Bookings over 6 days get 2 days free. Our current maximum rental is 7 days.

  • If you decide to purchase a new bike within 30 days after your rental, 100% of the amount paid for your rental will be used as a credit towards the new bike.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations. All cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a $80 cancellation fee. 

    All rentals returned late are also subject to an $80 late fee.  If you are returning late, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements for the following rental booking.

Ride Before You Buy
